In most cases wisdom teeth cause problems such as infection, discomfort, crowding by pushing other teeth our of there correct position or even develop cysts that are destructive to surrounding teeth and gums. Sometimes the tooth can cause disturbance under the gums before eruption. The area of wisdom teeth make it hard to clean and maintain causing them to be prone to more problems too.
